Training programme

This 3-level training programme aims to provide youth workers with a theoretical understanding of youth disaffiliation and the practical tools and methodologies needed to encourage initiative and active citizenship among young people.

Youth workers are invited to combine the online resources provided with in-person training, based on a blended learning strategy. As each level builds on the previous one, the training must be delivered sequentially.

The training programme is available in the following languages: English, French, Portuguese and Serbian.
