1) You are in a situation where during a conversation with friends about future jobs, someone asks what kind of work you might enjoy. What feels closest?

I think about activities I enjoy doing. I say I haven't thought about it. I mention jobs that seem popular or well paid.

2) You notice that your closest friends and family sometimes ask you for help with certain things. What do you do?

I don't think much about it, it doesn't seem important. I help, but don't connect it to my strengths. I notice what people ask me for and think about what that says about my strengths.

3) You are in a situation where you are interested in several different jobs and don't know which one would suit you best. What feels closest to how you would usually react?

I wait until I'm surer. I try something in practice to see how it feels and if it suits me. I think carefully before deciding.

4) You are preparing your first CV. How do you choose what to include?

I include everything I have done. I am not sure what to include. I select what matches the position.

5) You are in a situation where a job you are applying to requires a motivation letter. What do you do?

I explain my motivation and how my skills fit the role. I repeat most of the information already written in my CV. I write only a few short sentences about motivation to finish the letter.

6) At the beginning of a job interview, the employer asks: "Tell us about yourself." What do you say?

I say only a few short things and stop quickly. I repeat my whole CV from the beginning. I say a few clear and relevant things about myself, my experience and interests.

7) You are in a situation where you had a job interview, and it has been a month without any response. What feels closest to how you would usually react?

I feel frustrated and give up on similar opportunities for a while. I send a short and professional email to check on the status. I assume I didn't get the job and do nothing.

8) You have an idea to earn extra money or start something on your own. What is your most likely next step?

I define a plan and a simple first step (e.g., starting as a freelancer) and try to test it. I consider the idea, but I do not take any concrete steps to develop it. I decided not to pursue it because it seems too uncertain.

9) You start looking for job opportunities online, but there are too many options and you feel confused. What do you do?

I search randomly, but stop if it feels confusing. I choose one platform and try to explore it step by step. I wait until someone tells me exactly where to look and what to do.

10) You are in a situation where you find a digital tool that could help you apply for a job, but you don't know how to use it. What feels closest to how you would usually react?

I think it's too complicated and give up quickly. I find it interesting, but don't try it myself. I start small and gradually (e.g., I watch a tutorial and try to test the tool).
